Several projects have been completed to improve Vineland Ave north of Ventura Blvd. in Studio City. Three medians are now completely landscaped. And more is on the way.   The SCBA will be installing a “Studio City Welcomes You” sign at Vineland and Whipple and adding landscape to what is now an empty stretch of dirt.
